Start a “shared” journal. Create a journal that you share with a friend or parent or guardian or sibling … whomever you wish. You write something in the journal. Put it in a special hiding place. This will be an agreed upon place for the other person to find it. Then it is their turn to write something in it. This will be how you secretly share your ideas.
