Prompt #2: How do you define yourself? Is there another version of yourself you’d like to explore? One you could find in an encyclopedia?

Prompt #3: Let the above picture remind you of all the words there are in the world, in all the different languages. Write a poem about nothing while playing with words.

My Journal Page

Prompt #1 Response:

March seems like a lamb today. Quiet, gray, and chilly. I, on the other hand, feel like a lion. I’m restless and pacing about. If you cross me, I will pounce. I have been roaring at my reflection. Pawing at the ground, stirring up dust. Eyeing my prey with contempt. Perhaps the best thing to do is curl up in a soft bed of pillows and take a nap, snoring loudly. Tomorrow is another day. I may wake up as a lamb, or a horse, or even a meerkat.
